Greek Textile
My source of inspiration for this illustration were the various textiles that I have discovered from my grandmothers.
The period when women wove on the loom was a difficult time for people in rural villages because of the prevailing circumstances. The technical and creative weaving loom is something very "Greek" like the Greek word "crisis". As textiles were a source of creativity for people then, this was for me a source of creation through the crisis which we live.
